Before launching Rocky Mountain Turf & Greens, Ryan spent years in the custom home building industry alongside his father at Coker Homes, where he helped develop subdivisions and build finely crafted homes. That experience shaped his philosophy: that every project—regardless of size—should be approached with the same level of care, detail, and intentional design.
In 2021, Ryan partnered with Chaz Allyn to establish Rocky Mountain Turf & Greens with a clear vision: to create outdoor environments that are as refined as they are functional. From luxury lawns to custom putting greens and elevated outdoor living spaces, the company is known for delivering clean, low-maintenance solutions without compromising on appearance or performance.

Since co-founding the company in 2021 alongside Ryan Coker, Chaz has helped shape Rocky Mountain Turf & Greens into Western Colorado’s most trusted names in artificial turf. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that every project—whether a custom putting green, luxury lawn, or commercial installation—is completed with consistency, care, and professionalism.
